I have been told that these stampers were offered as a premium at Canadian KFC restaurants. But they were apparently also released on cards in retail stores at some point. You can see the two different packaging variations to the left. I'm fairly certain these were never sold in the States, as they only seem to pop up on ebay courtesy of our international friends.
